Basil is fantastic for those that don’t like to go too fast! He is a real plodder and a very relaxed bo

He has been used in riding lessons for adults and children, and has taught several complete beginners to ride

If you get him going he has a lovely jump, and really uses his back

His half brother won Adelaide 3 day event at 2* level, and came 2nd in the 3* at Lakes and Craters last year

Excellent to worm, trim (we have him barefoot), float etc

Happy to work on the buckle and go super slow for beginners. Ride him bareback or double dink

Basil is not confident out and about at Pony Club or Competitions so would need a confident rider and some re-schooling if he was to be used for this

The sort of horse that you cant help but fall in love with. He is a complete dork, and will make you laugh
